To kick things off
The first entry! This is a special ocassion, so I have a feeling it should be about something important. And what's more important than my favorite artist? So let's talk about him.
Charly Garcia
That's right ladies and gentlemen, my favorite artist is none other than Charly Garcia! Some, or rather most of you won't know who he is, but he's an incredibly influential and important figure in Argentinian Rock. He's been around making music for a very long time, and has gone through a lot of phases in his style. My favorite phase has to be the 70s-80s period, in which he was a part of numerous bands (Sui Generis, Seru Giran, La Maquina de Hacer Pajaros) that all had a certain style to them. I highly recommend checking them out! If I had to pick a favorite song from his, it'd have to be La Grasa de las Capitales, an increible journey all the way through, and really encapsulates the sound of this particular era of his.
